Learn more about Real-Estate DocumentsWhy Clients Call Judith First
A notarization is rarely just paperwork — it's a home closing, a parent's power of attorney, a family trust. Judith treats every appointment accordingly.
Simple From Start to Finish
Call, text, or send the request form with your document type, the appointment location, the number of signers and notarizations, and your preferred date and time.
Judith confirms availability and travel details, walks through identification and witness requirements, checks any printing needs, and quotes the estimated charge — all before you commit.
Judith arrives at the agreed time and place, verifies identity and willingness as Arizona law requires, and completes the appropriate notarial act.
One important reminder: do not sign the document in advance when the signature must be witnessed by the notary. When in doubt, wait and sign at the appointment.
Multilingual Service
Judith communicates with clients in English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Hebrew. For many families in the Valley, that means a parent or grandparent can ask questions comfortably and follow each step of the appointment in the language they know best.
A few honest limits: Arizona notaries do not translate documents, certify translations, or explain legal meaning — and language ability doesn't automatically mean every foreign-language document can be notarized. Each signer must be able to communicate their willingness directly and understand the general nature of what they are signing. If your document raises translation questions, Judith will tell you before the appointment.
Where Judith Travels
Appointments happen at private homes, offices, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted-living communities, title companies, and law offices across the Valley. Wherever the signing needs to happen, Judith drives there.
