Notarization is not a guarantee against fraud.

Submitting a request through this website does not create a confirmed appointment. Appointments, requirements, and charges are confirmed directly with Judith. Arizona law limits the fee for the notarial act itself; travel and related services are charged separately by agreement. A notarization may be declined or stopped where legal requirements — identification, willingness, awareness, or document completeness — are not met, even after travel has occurred.
